normally 3" lip is about the most you can get with out any spacing the front tires. to my knowledge it would affect the turning radious much like bigger rims might. i reccamend buying the rims and keeping two as spares because you can normally get thoes rims easlly that would fit the front.

If you decide to sell a pair of them, i'm kinda in the market. Maybe I got some stuff you need for trade?

A friend of mine had a 1980 cutlass with 15x10 white spokes and L60 (maybe???) tires back in the day. It had different springs and it sat like a 4x4. The tires were too small for a 10" rim, maybe like a 245/60-15, but were not radials.

It worked, he drove it for years that way and with several other odd wheel and tire combos, and killed many deer with it. I think the tires did rub a little at lock.

I have a car in my yard that belonged to his brother, it sat as high with an engine in it as my SS does without one, and it has 14" wheels like the ones you showed. My buddies, lol.

You'll likely be rubbing everywhere.

Something else to keep in mind is how much more strain a wider wheel/tire will have on all your steering components. Add a p/s cooler will help keep from killing the p/s pump.
