17 x 8 wheels on a 78 Regal?

I have been offered some 17 x 8 wheels (at a good price!) with an offset of 38mm. Would these fit my 78 Regal and would they look ok?

you'll need about a 1-1.5in spacer. other than that you sholud be good, use 245/45/17 tires to keep from screwing up your speedo.
