Seen this 78 Regal stock 3.8 turbo 165hp sell for $4,000 on Mecum.

They mentioned it had a small hole on the floor board.

Whizconsin plates, too. Man, that thing looks like they drug it out of a salt mine. I'll retract my comment about it being a deal, but standby it getting flipped for 10k.

I don't think it's wavy I believe that's a reflection off the road (look @ the first drivers side pic). Looks to be a pretty nice survivor to me.

Agree, doesn't look too bad. GM did an awful job of rust proofing these cars, we are lucky any have survived. The rot looks minor compared to a lot of Northern cars. Hard to believe 165 HP was a high performance car in the sad late 70's.
