The hard plastic dash top cover on my 1979 Century is cracked at the screw holes at each end. When driving I can hear the hard plastic make irritating clicking noises because it is not held tight. About 8 to 10 years ago I used to see replacement top panels at eBay in black for $40. I thought the same panel fit most G [ A ] body GM cars.
Is this top cover piece available now ? A repro replacement is the only way I can think of to get rid of the noise that bothers me. My car has been garaged all it's life - but the hard plastic shrunk and cracked at the screw holes. Any suggestions appreciated.
