1981 Grand Prix brougham value??????

I was asked by a family hoping to sell dads cars what they are worth. The only one I am stuck on is the 1981 Grand Prix brougham. It's a mint original with 28,000 miles - V8 - loaded with options - runs and drives great - brown with tan interior.

I want to give them good advice on the value. What would be a good range of prices on a car like this???

Nice car! I happened to find your message by Googling "1981 Pontiac Grand Prix Brougham For Sale". My Mom had this car back when new, and I am a collector currently searching for a good low mileage example to have for "show and tell". I would be interested in yours. They are only original once!
