1982 Regal Limited - Headlights

Hi:

Just bought a 82 Regal and my driver side headlights aren't working. When I go to the parts store they tell me that when buying new lamps, left or right side configuration won't matter. However, when I check for the lamps online, sites DO differentiate. So which is it? Also, are the inner lights the highs, and the corner lights the lows?

yes, outer headlights are the lows.... and side to side doesn't matter, for low and high beams.
