It's quite rare to see any non a/c g-bodies.
To my knowledge there are no production numbers available, but if you look around it seems like 99% of them have a/c...

id like to find another non ac buick to build as a spare car. there alot easier to work on to, and i hate ac

I have (had, my dad has it now) a '79 Malibu BASE. The car was originally equipped with the 200 inch 6 and a floor-shift 3-speed manual transmission. It was also a non-ac car and it didn't even have carpet in it originally, it had a rubber mat. There was not one single option on the car. To this day I have never seen another one like it. I'm sure they made plenty, they prolly all got crushed though. That drivetrain combo was the absolute worst that GM ever came up with I think. The car had a 2.73 gear and you literally had to slip the clutch for 200' just to get rolling in 1st gear. It was awful. It now sports a 454 with a richmond 4-speed behind it and a GN 8.5" 10-bolt with a 3.42 gear. Its a deathtrap...lol.

I never heard of any non ac regals. Well, from factory, no. I too personally dont care much for ac. Where i live it gets hot, but i been in florida my whole life so im used to it. Now when it gets cold i just leave the windows up and cruise with a sweater. I plan on removing the ac from my regal.
