1984 Cutlass Supreme Front Brake Rotor/Caliper Question

Is there any front brake rotor/caliper combination from a different car that's bigger than my stock rotors/calipers that will bolt directly onto my 84 Cutlass Supreme. :? For instance: Calipers and rotors from a corvette? Or maybe a truck?
I need a slight front brake upgrade. I do not plan on changing the rear drums.

There should be a few options, depending on how much you want to spend. I believe people are using S10 parts for a cheap upgrade on a g-body, I'm sure someone will chime in with details on that. If you want to go the Corvette route, check out a company called Kore3, they make complete kits and adapters to fit Corvette brakes on to many applications (I do not believe a set of Corvette brakes will just bolt on).
