I am searching for a driver side seat motor or a manual seat conversion kit. I've tried looking everywhere, to no avail. Please help.

I'm not aware of a manual conversion "kit". As far as I know, you switch out the complete power seat track assembly for a manual seat track. Timo 22, who is a member here, had some manual tracks available in the "Parts for Sale" section recently.
As for repairing the power track, have you tried either G Body Parts, Mike's Montes, or Kirban's Buick parts? If you're looking to repair your existing power track, they might have the parts that you're looking for. Good luck.

Not cheap, but this is one option to replace your broken seat transmission. I assume it's actually the transmission that has failed, which is true in most cases.
