1984 monte carlo ss dash replace? helpp

What do you need help with? It's not really difficult but does take time to do it right. Since it is your first time would reccomend taking lots of pics as it come apart.
Take the two nuts off by the steering collumn, remove the clip for the gear indicator, and lower the collumn, next take loose the speedometer cable either behind the dash or at the cruise control on the fender.
Remove the 3 bolts on the bottom of the dash, one on each end and one in the middle by the radio. Also there is 4 screws in the defroster vents.
if you haven't done it, at this point remove the radio and take loose the A/C or heater controls by removing the 4 small screws.
Next pull the E brake lever on the E brake assembly towards the dash and the cable just slips out of the notch.
At this point you should be able to slide the whole dash towards the seatand be able to reach behind the dash pad to remove the wiring.
 
thank you very much for how to get the dah out of the car. Now do you know of anyy company that i could buy a new dash and new instrument cluster from? i would like to get an after markets instrument cluster for i have gauges i want to put in. any recomendations on where i could get a dash?
