I am restoring my 85 Cutlass 442 and need help identifying the part number for the side body trim and the striped bumper inserts. Does anyone have this information or a source to purchase them?

Welcome to the site. The NOS trim has been discontinued and is not available from GM anymore. There is a lot of aftermarket chrome trim available but not all of them have the correct dimensions so be careful. I have a few spare sets of NOS trim but decided to buy some Protekto Trim from Cowles products and try it on my 86' 442. The surface profile is not exactly the same as the NOS stuff but the width is correct and it has a high quality 3M adhesive backing. The GM style has a slight point in the center where the Cowles stuff has a smooth radius. I bought the 37-650 kit from my local body shop supply store which has 50' of material in it. You will need to find an authorized distributor. Auto Zone, Advanced or the like do not sell it. E bay is an option but those clowns are buying it from a distributor and marking it up. The link below is one option I found with a google search. My local guy could get it about $10 cheaper. Good luck.
