Can anyone walk me through how to remove the B pillar trim...the wide piece that is on the front of the B pillar. I wanna know if I can do it and replace with a new one without tearing up my paint or drip rail? Any help, ideas or pics?

Snap a pic of said piece so we can help better. Are you talking about the metal piece that sits behind the weather stripping channel and up against the door jam, or the plastic interior piece?

This polished aluminum piece here.

Gotcha. First you have to remove the weather stripping channel which means the weather strip has to be removed to access the screws. There will be 3 if I recall. Be easy peeling it away since it will be sealed to the polished piece. Then, the B pillar trim screws(3 or 4) can be removed. Be gentle here too as to not bend the piece...it's pretty thin and they are getting harder to find in good shape.
Install is reverse of removal, just have to use sealing strips to ensure water doesn't get inside!
