1987 Olds Cutlass Supreme with a 406 chebby small block 700r4. Definately not the prettiest G-Body you could lay eyes on but catches attention when its planted to the wood.
I've never got a timeslip for it we have a local SCCA road course that does heads up style street racing on the front straight away on friday nights but they dont have any timing system I would bet its about a 13.5 sec. or 14 sec. 1/4 mile nothing nasty I'm still stuck with my 10 bolt 7.5" one wheel wonder rear end with 2.41 gears so I'm just about as handicapped as I can get. The engine and transmission are in the car and I do take a lot of heat about having the chevy in an Olds but I had the motor and couldnt find a good donor Monte Carlo to make a sleeper out of they were usually either to nice looking or to far gone to put any money into. As a previous Mustang owner I can say I get no greater satisfaction than seeing pretty boys girlfriends faces after my old beater lays the smack down on blondies fox body. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d685xscL8So
(link to video of me driving by burnout mark left by my cutlass when I lay it to the wood from stand still) needless to say I need a posi.
The vinyl top mAy be the feature that most screams "sleeper"...other than if they are close enough to hear a 3.8 liter Ticking Time Bomb with a 2bbl...
