i was goin to use MDF to make a speaker box right so how would i get it to stick use glue nails or what?? and what material would i need to fabricate a center console???

For the box, I would use wood glue and a nail gun. The glue is what creates the bond, nails just keep it together while it dries. We did an experiment back in my car audio days to prove it; we glued two pieces of mdf together in three configurations and then tried to break them apart. Glue only, glue and nails, and glue and screws; from strongest to weakest in that order. The screws just gave you leverage to snap the piece, Anyways, my point is just go with glue and the nail gun. As for the console, you can really use whatever you're comfortable with. I have seen people use MDF, Fiberglass, or sheetmetal and they all came out good.

I would do MDF for the basic shape like you are talking, and use fiberglass and/or body filler to shape it how you want it. I made one with a pair of Kicker L7 8" down-firing in it. I didn't like the way it looked in the car (a little too big). So, I removed it and put a pair of 6.5" side-firing speakers on it and that sounded much better. You can get creative and make cup holders, coin slots, etc into it if you want.

But, like mentioned above, use good quality wood glue and a brad nailer. Do NOT use partical board, only use MDF. If you use it for a cup holder, make sure to seal it or fiberglass it so the spills and sweat doesn't break it down.
