Maybe TCI? Either way sounds like you have the right one.
Hmmmm, are you certain the torque converter was seated all the way before bolting to the engine? Not trying to be offensive, just trying to eliminate possibilities.

Are you positive you remembered to bolt the converter to the flexplate? Folks have done that, believe me.

If you're good there, see if the the transmission is pumping fluid. Easiest method is to note e fluid level on the stick with the engine off. It should read overfull. Start the engine and then check it again. If the level doesn't move down the stick at all, the pump isn't pumping which could indicate a broken transmission pump rotor. If it is pumping then there may be an issue between the converter and the transmission input shaft. One such issue could be that the converter was built with a 30-spline turbine (700R4) instead of the needed 27-spline turbine.

it has filled the converter with oil cause i only got 2/3 of the oil i filled it with but the oil cooling lines where completely dry.
so i guess its just remove it and chack the pump.
the flexplate is a prw platinum series and hughes converter spacer
