350 turbo help

Hi everyone i just got car running right after it sitting for two years everything was new before it was put away so i never got much done except filling it b
It seams to be full and i filled the torque converter when i put it together and made sure it was set right when i bolted it in ,it was new rebuilt heavy duty,2200 converter, could it be vaccume pressure i cant get it to move car faster than a snail right now help ease trying to work on it tonight so i can get it to school for autobody class im taking thank paul

How's reverse,manual 1st and manual 2nd. Is the trans binding? Is it the motor not reving? Is your kickdown cable adjusted right? Any kind of noise? Is the vacume modulator hooked up? Any kind of shift kit in the trans?

Your going to have to do a lot more typing to get a proper-ish responce from us.

Thanks think i got it the vac wasnt open on the carb enough i turned it up car idles better and trans kicks into.gear nicely now, not sure how it got changed cus it was all set before car was put away.
