4.3 emissions label

I am in need of an emissions label for an '81 4.3 265 engine. Want to send it to Osborn Reproductions so they can replicate it. I would buy the whole fan shroud if the decal was good. Or a nice clean close-up picture of a good one. Part number on the decal at the bottom is 10014934.

Hey thanks but the emission labels are year specific. Mine being an '81 and CCC it has some different procedures and vacuum routing is different. I have almost got my reproduction done all I need are the two top corners.

Here is mine so far and the one below is the decal I bought for an '81 4.9 liter.

Anyone else??? All I need are the two top corners to get it done. I have replicated the air cleaner decal and had them printed. They look factory.
