442 exterior chrome triim from a salon doner ???

So the 86 442 was based off the Salon model... does that mean a cutlass salon exterior chrome package from a doner car would match and fit ?

i have an 1985 salon..............the chrome would fit on any 1981 to 1988 cutlass of any model 2 door. the 442 had paint to simulate the chrome look, but the chrome did not go as high up on the body line as the paint did. the lower silver paint on 442s came all the way up to the first body line, where the chrome was about 3 inches shorter than that. look was very similar for sure. by the way have a full set of salon chrome i would be willing to part with for a reasonable price. its in pretty good all around shape, also have quite a few clips of the various types for putting the chrome on as well...

Really...i see your from Calgary thats pretty nuts. Thats where im from dude id like to take a look at the chrome and i have some more questions and you seem like the guy that would know... i need patch panels for right infront of my rear tires they rusted out and need help just wondering about where to find em and what the costs would be im finding alot of contradictory info online and havent had time to speak with any body shops if you have facebook add me there too Johnny James youll probably know the right people nice whips by the way this guys got 2 hahaha peace man.

and i also wanna get a new grill and other exterior parts the car needs work for sure but has potential thats why i bought it
