5.3 swap on 84 elcamino?

I have a 1984 elcamino with the 305. I bought a 2001 5.3 liter engine with the 4l60e transmission . What will I need to do for my oil pan, fuel system and will I have to run headers or can I run the factory exhaust manifolds. Also with my speedo gauges what will I need to get to keep it manual for my factory instead of electronic? Any help would be grateful
