6.0 in 78 cutlass just started, some questions

hi, my dad and i have just started a 6.0 swap into his 1978 Cutlass supreme.
We already have the motor from a 2006 silverado with 4L80E. we have the hummer oil pan, and engine mounts from BRP hotrods, soon to order headers. i have done lots of research but i am trying to tie some loose ends together.

my questions are what have you guys done about pully set ups. we are going to use the stock intake for now but may change to a Fast intake later so i might want to not use the pick up set up becasue i know it will not clear the idler pully.

next is the transmission. can i get a B&M shifter for a 700R4 to work the gears in the transmission or do i need something differnt? and the plug ins for the transmission... what do they do when it comes to actually working the transmission.

for the wiring i think we are just going to send the harness and computer to someone to build a new harness and tune the computer for a swap like take out the security key thing. The place i had in mind was current perfomance wiring.

I am sure the ones that have done the swap will comment but these three sites have just about everything you need to know for doing the swap, and the last one sells swap parts for the belt drive. They make it possible to run a car intake with truck accessory drive with their brackets.
