I haven't posted here often so here is some info on my car.
1985 Cutlass Salon
403 with #8 heads, Arias pistons, Voodo 803 cam, 330 crank, Q-Jet, Performer 50/75/100 Nitrous kit.
I removed the #59 jets that came with my Edelbrock Performer nitrous kit that are rated at 100 HP I put in some #65 jets and picked up about 1/4 sec in the 1/4 mile. I then tried some #71 jets and gained nothing. I think I have reached the limit of the solenoids. Here are my time slips.

Did you change the fuel pill when you went up in jet?

That solenoid has a .078 orifice. Technically, it's not maxxed out, but you really aren't picking up much flow between a 65 to a 71 pill considering you are that close to the orifice size of the solenoid. If you are changing fuel pills also, then your nitrous/fuel ratio is getting worse and contributing to little/no gains in power.

I did change the fuel as well as the nitrous. Since then I went to larger solenoids and blew the tires off I dropped back to #61s and finished the last day of the season. I had nine races that day and won 7 of them. I'm doing some suspension work now, front coil overs, adjustable rears, and removed the Edelbrock anti hop bars. Our season starts with 4 test and tune days in Feb. and I will try the 150 shot again.
