700r Computer Running a 200r?

I'm swapping a '93 LO5 into my 85' Monte. My question is, will the '93 computer, which is set up to run a 700r, run the stock 200r that I already have in my car?

Neither transmission is computer controlled beyond the torque convertor lockup and they will both do that with either computer if the plugs match, otherwise you may need that chaqnged.

BUT. if you have a 4l60E, which is almost visually identical to the 700r4, then it is computer controlled and the computer will only work on a 4l60E
