It's been a while since my last post. I had to replace my 86 Cutlass due to it got stolen. This happened right after I installed a new/rebuilt drive train. Thank goodness for insurance. I was able to get most of what I invested into the car so it wasn't a total lost. Here is my new find, a 78 Cutlass I bought for $900. It is a very solid complete car and it's what I was looking for. I have many plans for this one so I will post new pics.

Sucks about your 86 Cutty, but your new 78 is very sweet!

Looks clean.

Looks an awful lot like a '79... or are there '79-'80 taillights in it? The '78 lights have a rocket logo in the center, and look cooler, IMO. I had a silver '79 and swapped in the '78 lights. I also had the same pink interior! Except mine had buckets.

Nice 78 with a RED intereior.

Did you know? The automotive press referred to Olds having "waterfall grilles".

Yeah it really sucks but I must move on. Thanks. lol funny how the red turned pink after the sun baked it. Yes it's a 78 and I'm looking to replace the tail lights with the correct year. I will also be replacing the damaged front grills. I hope to post new pics soon.
