Those would still be in inches not metric.Hey guys what is the front brake line to flex hose fitting size?
Best i can tell it is 10x1.25 which auto parts store does not seem to carry or can even get. They have all kinds of 10x1.00 and 3/8x24 however ….
All hard line fittings will be in inches like 3/16" for the hose to hard line if I remember right. What is, the car?
The line itself is 3/16 line. I am asking what the thread size of the fitting isAll hard line fittings will be in inches like 3/16" for the hose to hard line if I remember right.
3/8-24 should be the thread size. The line itself is 3/16 line. I am asking what the thread size of the fitting is
Ok thanks Ill give that a shot. The male fitting I cut off of the brake line that went to the flex hose (passenger front) does not seem to be 3/8-24 so i dont know what the deal is there.3/8-24 should be the thread size.
Thanks. Original spindles AFAIK. I got some 3/8-24 nuts and just gonna go with those.I had worked for an aftermarket brake line manufacturer back a few years ago and as I recall all were 3/8-24 at the brake hoses. The only chance on a metric fitting would be if someone changed it out or maybe if you did a blazer spindle swap that required a metric fitting.
