Hey y'all so I'm having some strange issues I've never seen before. I dropped an olds rocket 350 down in here about a month ago. I got a lot of new parts for it and the trans mission everything is hooked up.

I just don't know the wiring harness on these Malibus too well.

Fast forward to now I have made a battery cable for it. I had hooked up everything for the starter and went to turn it on to check the lights and stuff and nothing.

I turn the key to engage the starter and it works. So I must be getting some form of power through the starter switch.

I checked the fusable links and they looked fine. I'll have to test them with the multi meter when I get a new one. Or if I have to replace the fusable links in the wiring it's fine I've done that many times.

But what I was really thinking is that the starter switch was half burnt out and just not getting any power on the fuse block side.

I just wanted an good second set of eyes on this before I start throwing parts at it.
