78 Sport Regal Turbo Wheels stock or option?

Hi

Does anyone know if these polycast wheels were stock on the 78 Sport Coupe, or a factory option?

Also curious if these were 78 only.

The poly cast wheels were an option, code PE3, for any ‘78 Regal. I’m pretty sure they were one year only because ‘79 Regals got the PE1 designer wheel option & PE4 turbine wheel option (the latter being Sport Coupe only).
