I have a 79' Cutlass Supreme
I have a Chev 355 - 400hp/400tq
Im looking to put 373 posi in the rear end.
What whole rear end will bolt up to it and out of what make and year.
And is 373 the best option to use in my Olds.

Thanks

Eric

if your trying to get the most out of your car your gears all depend on what stall u got, cam, what rpm range ur running, tire size, and if your racing, what speed u want to go through the traps at. but on a street car i would run a 3.55 or 3.73. 4.10 with a od. on track cars 4.10 or 4.30 usually. im currently running a 4.10 on my stang and im going through the traps at 116 with an 11.87 time turning at right around 6k

OK thanks.
Im trying to find a whole rear end that has 373 Posi.
I just opened up the rear end, and seen that I have 273.
Im trying to figure out my camshaft as well, I made a new blog 'Camshaft'
Thanks again.
Eric
