79 Grand Prix in wrecking yard

The Pick n Pull yard in Lakewood Washington has a black on black 79 Grand prix in the yard. The car has T-tops, A/C, pw, pl. Some parts that I removed were the aluminum rad support and aluminum rear drums.

Would that mean it also has the aluminum hood?

The hood is steel, so is the trunk lid. Being such a loaded car, I was expecting those parts to be also aluminum. This was only the second car that I've come across that had these aluminum parts on. Last year I came across a 79 Turbo Regal that had all the aluminum parts ; hood, trunk lid, rear drums, and rad support.

I'm starting to think that the aluminum hood on a 78-80 GP is an urban legend. Has anyone ever encountered one?

Does it still have the gauge bezel and does it have the tach and full gauges?
