80 cutlass trim queston?

The trimming under the window I dont know what it's called but would it be easier to remove this i so how would i fill the rivet hole's or could i find the rubber that goes inside the chrome piece and where would I be able to get the rubber from?

It is just body side molding. Is is glued on, if there are any fastners, probably just one at the front and/or back. You might find a similar molding at an auto parts store. Junkyard?

I think it was glued once upon of time because i can pull it off easily but i hope they have some.
 
Yea they are glued, me and my friend took the same moldings off of his cutty, didnt like em at the time. Junkyards are always a fun place to look for a cheap price, but there is also ebay and the parts store.
