well I bought the car as a good base. has some leaks and weak areas. Top end of the engine has been rebuilt and was done really well. so i am leaving the top end alone except for new gaskets. I am now rebuilding the bottom end due to a rear main leak and since it is out I mine as well just rebuild the whole enchilada.

new bearings and rings, polishing the crank yada yada yada....... other things that i will be fixing are some janky wiring and putting in new throttle cable and new adjustable kick down cable. I will also be wrapping and silicone the headers. also cleaning and painting the engine bay and repainting the engine.

Started last night at about 9pm till 12 pm getting things drained and unhooked to pull today. here are some pictures there will be more to come.

Crappy cell phone pics, dark in the garage trying to keep the bugs out.

well ended up getting it welded. and shes holding good now so we will see. I got the engine mostly all dressed up. still gotta do some wiring, some little cleaning and painting. but here are some pictures. no mods except a new kick down cable( other one was broken). next will be some performance.
