83 h/o cutlass opinions and info

Hey everyone new here to the g body... I am going to New Jersey in a few weeks and buying a 83 H/O 15th anniversary with 87k on the odo. I am buying it to recon it the best I can and possibly paint it. So I can re sell to one of the olds lovers out there. I love the looks of these cars but the wife and I are buying a house and I have enough toys. I would like to know what are the problem areas on these cars? What I should look for and ect? Also how well do they sell and how quick? I haven't seen too many for sale online. So I'm guessing they don't hang around long. I just dont want to waste my time driving all the way from upstate ny there... All opinions welcome and thank you

Check the frame and under body for rust. Rear frame rails from behind the wheels to the bumpers are known problem areas. Also check the door bottoms.
