If you haven't purchased the wheels then why not get the correct offset instead of waisting $$ on spacers? Just google "how to measure for wheel offset". I'm sure you will find the information you need to get 22s to work.

22x9.5 with about a low offset (15 or lower) and use 255/30/22 tires. Try to avoid using spacers at all. Go to an actual rim shop before you buy any wheels and see if they can be of any assistance with regard to specs like offset & backspacing for your particular vehicle.

Thanks. Meant to say if i should use 3in or 5in cup to lift it.

You don't need a lift for 22s at all. Lifting is completely unnecessary, unless you putting on 28s and up.
