84 H/O Power seat transmission in a million pieces.

The seat transmission case in my 84 H/O has exploded in a million pieces. Is the gbodyparts replacement one the only option for a direct replacement?

I don't want to convert it to the 3 motor design because I don't have the time to hunt one down and then retrofit it.

I could use the $400/$500 for a lot more stuff on the car then just a seat.

Thanks for the links and info. Looks like Properparts is the only manufacture of new seat transmissions. 🙁

87 newer mID 90'S gm products will work just some wiring .
And r cheap at upulls (you said worried about funds . ) But The cases r easy to find up north . Was just one on eBay in a parts auction
