I think I'm going to try out this set up in the back; pics, advice, and testimony would help out a lot in advance, thanks!
85 Cutty, 8.5 rear, no current frame work, the wheel size going on is 15x8 with a 4.5" B.S. The tires are 275/60/15 (Nitto's) I appriciate it!

Try it. I have 15x8 with 4.5 BS and 26x10-15 tires on my 80 cutlass and had to put 1/4" spacers on for clearance with the frame and especially the shock mount.

Okay so my experience with this set up was barely or not successful.. The BS was too much (no pun intended) my drivers side exhaust was in the way very badly so I had to cut it short and I was still in the frame quite a bit. I purchased 3/4" spacers that kept me safely away from the frame and looks good too. Of course it's not that easy though... New guy (to suspension) mistake, the fender lip is in the way pretty bad (it would definitely rub when I launch) and since my paint is a year old I really don't want to screw it up I'll be purchasing an air lift kit for a temporary fix from Jegs; part number 022-60733 if you're curious. Let me know if you want to hear how that goes, I'll be glad to fill you in.
