All you have to do for the bottom is push back on it and slightly down, and it'll release from the clips or brackets or whatever you want to call it holding it down. It pops right out. there's one on each side.

Then you'll be able to see the bolts holding the seat belts and the seat down. Pull those and it should pull right up and out. If memory serves they're some kind of big torx head bolts, and they'll be tight, being the belt hold-downs....
 
Yeah, the seatbelt buckles are in there with either a Torx T-40 or T-45 if memory serves, but no bigger than a T-50. However, the retractors are held in with both a large and a small Torx, the smaller of them being around a T-30. I would just go to your local Harbor Freight Tools ( or look em up online) and buy a set of Torx bits for around $10.
