86 monte ss deck lid

Stupid question... but I'm clueless on it. With the deck lid from an 86 monte ls fit an 86 mote ss? I know it had no spoiler on the back, but I don't know if the measurements are the same?

ANY 81-88 should work, provided it is not an Aerocoupe as they have a proprietary trunk lid. The only real difference between a standard Monte and an SS is the SS nose, rear spoiler and front fender extensions. The extensions are a bolt on piece that fits a standard fender if you drill the holes.
