86 Olds Cutlass AC/Heater issues

The trap door is stuck and when I click it to Hi nothing happens it works on Lo & Med. No air blowing through the vents only on through the bottom. If I can get some feedback on what I can check or do to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you gbody

No high blower had a historic connecter issue. Air not coming out of right place usually a vacuum issue.
