It could be worth anywhere from a low of nothing to a high of $5,000, depending on the price you are able to negotiate, and the actual condition. If you want a brougham interior, then the condition of the interior is a critical factor. Even if you don't, the condition of the plastics, switches, etc. will determine a lot. After all, even if you switch to buckets and a console you want to be able to keep the rest of it. Also, good paint in a decent color is hard to come by on a cheap one, and a proper repaint is not inexpensive. Tires are not a big deal, but a broken A/C system might be. Specifically, if the A/C is still on R12 and broken, you will need to fix the issues AND convert it to 134a. I would assume you plan on ridding the car of it's 14's with white walls and wire hub caps anyhow, so the tires should not be a major concern. Even if it has the chrome 14 in rally wheel option, they are still too small and spoil the looks of the car. Above all though, is rust. Rust will make the car much more expensive to fix up in the long run.
