87 Cutlass 307 - Can I buy this hose at NAPA or somewhere?

Had a few extra minutes and thought "why not?" and changed the air filter. I ended up noticing these severely dry rotted / splitting ends of this hose. Am I able to buy these from like a NAPA? If so, what exactly are they called?

Dorman # 47034 is the replacement grommet for the top(air cleaner side).For the valve cover side, ill have to do some research because when i replaced mine, i think i had to find one that would work.....Re-use the tube. 🙂 Then again i may have used the same one on both ends........?
