87 cutlass with turbo 350 with shifter on colum

how do i make my turbo 350 line up with the P R D 1 2 on the on dash so my gears line up? any help would be much appreciated.Thanks,bryan

Are you talking about just the indicator? If so, there is a little clip that is attached to your column. It has a small cable that goes to your indicator in the dash. All you gotta do is move the clip (slides off, and back on). You might have to play a bit to get it just right. That's how I did mine.

where is this clip at? right now its like it dont go all the way into park,i was reving the car up and it just popped in reverse, what can i do ?
