Accessing inside of quarter panel?

I want to access the inside (from inside the car) of the quarter panel sheet metal directly in front of the rear wheel well. Do I just have to remove the lower interior sail panel plastic trim and back seat? Or is there more I need to remove?

Like you stated remove bottom seat cushion, lower panel and youll see the seat belt mechanism, unbolt that and your inside the front rear wheelwell. Its not to big of an access hole but you can look in there to find any carnage.

It can also be good for pulling unwanted dents in that area.
