ALCL/ALDL pin E (serial data) missing

'84 monte carlo (all stock)

The shop manual refers to pin E (serial data) on the ALCL connector but my pin E is missing. (See images below)
Does anyone else have a pin E that is populated?
I'd like to get some telemetry from the serial data port.

Not sure if 1984 is the qualifier but I seem to recall a certain year the serial data pin was in another location.
