How do I get the wires into the trunk?
Pop up the bottom part of the rear seat, pretty simple to run through when you get that up

Where should I put the ground?
I usually try to make it as short as I can, scrape off any paint, make a good connection to clean metal. Most importantly, make sure it's nice and tight.
And how should I run my rca and power cables? On opposite sides or what?
I always run power and signal on opposite sides to minimize the introduction of noise.
