All I can say is... WTF??? This is the most...err... amazing use of expanding polyurethane foam I have ever seen. It is from Lithuania, so I guess they do things different in the Balkans. PLEASE DON"T TRY THIS ON YOUR G BODY!!!!!!

Wait till that dude hits a buncha bumps lol

I did this to my rocker panels in high school on my first Cutlass. I had huge rusty holes and thought this might work. Well after about a month it just fell off

This must have been a super cheap budget custom project or something

But will it float???

If you hang out at fiberglass forums they do the same thing, then lay over the foam with fiberglass to make body kit pieces.

This guy from Russia I have no idea though. I have seen it but you never see a fiberglass stage. Only from foam to paint, lol.

I've seen it done on some show before. They use expandable foam to make a mold then they make the final pieces out of fiberglass using the mold made of foam. Pretty neat to see them do it.

This GAZ Pobeda is still my all time favorite Soviet..err...Russian car.

Yes, they really DID make a 4x4 version of this car when new. It was based on the GAZ 69 military "Jeep" chassis. However it lacked this level of awesome.

(Yes, Thank You Englishrussia again! http://englishrussia.com/?p=1511)
