Any Deer Hunters?

Just wondering if there are any deer hunters on here? I hunt eastern PA state game land for bow. I saw quite a few deer but non within range. Had a "Y" buck come in range but he's not of legal points. Needs 3 on 1 side to be legal.

Just wondering how everyone else's season is going.

Today was last day for antlered and antlerless. Then its antlerless till the end of the month for bow here.

Firearm starts today here, planning on going tomorrow morning before this big storm hits indiana. Saw a nice 6-8 point buck ill be going for. Just bought a Remmington lightweight 20 ga. auto so we will see how it does, Usually go for a 12 ga. but this will have to do this season

Good luck. Firearms starts here the Monday after thanksgiving. I plan on going depending on what I see thr rest of the month. I have a buck and 2 doe tags for my wmu I'm hunting. If I do hunt firearms its either going to be an over under 12g or a .243 I'm going to borrow from a friend.

Then bow opens back up for the whole month of January. I like hunting in the cold. Today was 55 and they just weren't moving.

No luck up here (wi) seen lots of deer just havnt had any shots. Gun season opens this weekend and the old 30-30 has never let me down.

Good luck to ya. Im going out this weekend. I hope to get something. Ive been seeing alot of sign, just nothing in range of the bow. ...Part that sucks is I cant hunt in my neighborhood, and I see more deer in the yard then out in the woods.

Hunting in south east South Dakota was tough this year. A lot of our deer got killed off by blue tongue last year, so the state cut deer tags way down. I was lucky enough to get one at least. I did end up getting a pretty good sized doe out of the public ground. Used my trusty .30-06.

Well my boys made a haul this year...Whitetail s 9 and 10 pts and a Pope and Young 185-5/8" Mulie in Idaho
the 3 of them got plenty of meat in the freezer!
