Any input on these options please

I have a couple of option codes that I have decoded but am unclear on what they actually are...If anyone can elaborate on the descriptions?
C46 - Heater Blower, High Flow
JM5 vs JM7- Dual vs Single Brake Booster ( I was unaware there was two diff.)
UA1 - High Capacity Battery System (Dual battery setup or something else?)
V03 - Extra Capacity Cooling System
V08 - High Capacity Cooling System
WN1 - Factory Handling - Lansing

Last side note what was actually included in the F41 handling pkg on the cutlass?

Last side note what was actually included in the F41 handling pkg on the cutlass?

Larger front sway bar (1.25")
Rear sway bar (7/8")
Springs with higher spring rates. Fronts were 420lb/in. Not sure about the rears.
Shocks might have been different but not sure. 442's had air shocks. Not sure if that was an option or came with the F41 package? Luckily my car had the F41 pacakge but not the crappy air shocks.

Then there's the so called F-41 chassis braces/jounce bars however I've found those to be on just about every Cutlass I've been under. No matter if they had the F41 suspension or not.
