Last time I went to a Hooters there were 4 of the girls pregnant so sounds like the home delivery service happened at some point, most likely after hours..
The local hooter has been closed up and gone for nearly 10 years, food and service was terrible and they were never busy. As soon as twin peaks showed up, that was the final nail in the coffin. Now twin peaks service has gone to hell... Food and service used to be good.. now both are mehhh at best.
