Those are cool. Some guys prefer the brushed looking earlier gauges.

I'm going to go outside and look but i think the park neutral etc is in the center box of mine that's in the car

I think they're all made that way. Some just have a delete plate over the indicator that says "Pontiac"....at least mine came that way. Actually, more like a cover than a delete plate.

They definitely look a lot better than my plastic black ones..that's why i purchased them

Well, I hope you can keep them. I had once thought of going that route, but I do like my black faced gauges.
