Like the title says. Anyone on here running a Borg Warner T56 from a Slowmaro or Fireturd behind their 455 Olds?
I've physically adapted one from a '96 Camaro to fit behind my 455 with a McLeod 8770-10 bellhousing, but I'm eliminating the push/pull slave cylinder and clutch fork. I plan on using a hydraulic throwout bearing instead and want to know if anyone else has done this, and what recommendations they might have and p/n's they're using.
I know the procedure for measuring to select the right length one, but the engine and trans is bolted in the car for mockup purposes, and would require major effort to pull it out and split the two just to measure. Hence my asking what others are using. Let me know if you've done this.
Thanks
