Save this picture to your computer . Then go to your Avatar spot on your profile then clip browse and then you can load the picture from your computer.

On second thought I would use this picture for your avatar it is even smaller. Do the same here just right click and save to your computer then go to the avatar spot in your profile and click browse and load up this picture.
